Booking Essentials
💳 Payments
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable due at booking.
- Final Payment: Due 7 days before the party.
- Service Charge: Local sales tax + 3% credit card fee + tips for the host/hostesses.
- Cancellation: Reschedule once within 6 months.
📋 Guest Policy
- Outside Items: Favors and outside food are welcome.
- Adult Catering: Menu available on request.
- Final Guest Count: The host is responsible for providing a final guest count at least 7 days prior to the event.
- No Refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for guests included in the final confirmed guest count who do not attend the party.
- Guest Limits: Additional charges will apply for guests exceeding the package limit.
- Adult Attendance: Adults do not count toward the child guest count.
